The Initial Consultation Process

step 1.

Schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation.  We can meet in person, or speak on the phone. Click here to schedule directly, or click here if you would prefer to send me an email or give me a call.


step 2.

Watch your email for a confirmation of your appointment, and a few questions to let me know a little bit about why you are looking for a counselor.  


step 3.

Reply to my email, so I can get to know a little bit more about you.  This way, we can get straight to your questions for me when we have our consultation.


STEP 4.

We will meet at our scheduled time so you can ask any questions you have about the way I work or about counseling in general. This is our opportunity to make sure we are a good fit work working together.


STEP 5.

If it feels like we are a good match for working together, we will schedule our next appointment and I will provide you with paperwork so we can get started. If it does not seem like I am the right person to help you, that's no problem! I am happy to provide you with other names of therapists that may be a good fit for you. It is important that you have a chance to find the right person to help you on your journey of personal growth and development.
