Welcome.
I understand that finding a therapist is no easy task. You want to find someone that understands where you are, and help you to navigate where you want to go. My goal as a therapist is to support you in your growth. Think of me as a compassionate observer. Therapy is about you and your goals for becoming the best version of yourself. My job is to help you to access that internal strength and power to accomplish your goals.
In my work with adults, adolescents, children and families, I utilize strategies that work for each specific client. I use traditional talk therapy, as well as play therapy, sandtray, and art in our work so that you can feel free and safe to explore and express in a way that feels best for you.

About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, with a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy. I have worked for over a decade in the field of behavioral health, providing services primarily to children with Autism and other disabilities and their families. I continue to work with this population in my private practice, but also see a variety of other individuals including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families.
I enjoy working with people from a person-centered and solution-focused approach, working to first develop a relationship with my clients and then helping them to find the solutions within themselves to lead the type of life they want to live. I use the traditional mode of talk therapy, but also encourage my clients to engage in more creative methods of expression including art, music, or sandtray if they are interested in trying those things.
My office is located in Pioneer Square in Seattle. In addition I can provide teletherapy over the web to residents of Washington state.
